William “Alex” Scherzinger is a commercial real estate underwriter at PNC Bank, where he evaluates loan risk for multi-family and senior housing projects worth over $10 million. Drawing on expertise in financial analysis, market research, and regulatory compliance, William Alexander Scherzinger supports financing decisions by conducting risk assessments and leveraging tools like Excel, Oracle, and Tableau.
A University of Cincinnati graduate, William Alexander Scherzinger earned an MBA and a bachelor's degree in finance and real estate, with cum laude honors. He was a dean’s list honoree, a UC Real Estate Association member, and won the $4,000 Neyer Properties Scholar Award. He also led the winning team in the 2017 ULI Al Neyer Case Competition, developing a strategic redevelopment plan for Bond Hill Central Business District.
Alex Scherzinger has experience coaching sixth grade basketball at Guardian Angels School. He also occasionally assists at West Clermont High School. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hiking, rafting, and kayaking. He is also a dedicated University of Cincinnati football fan and follows the Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals.
